Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Route inquiries appropriately and ensure prompt responses
- Follow ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions
- Utilize key systems: ERP-LX (Order Entry), eCom (Customer Portal), Salesforce (CRM), and 8x8 (Phone system)
- Assist with warranty claim processing
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Skills:
- Support sales
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with product questions
- ERP-LX (Order Entry), eCom (Customer Portal), Salesforce (CRM), and 8x8 (Phone system)
- Warranty claims processing
Education/Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
- Proficiency with ERP-LX required
