Training
You start with a structured two-week training program beginning Monday, March 9th, 2026, built to teach the fundamentals quickly and get you producing.

In 2025, the Midtown office paid out $20,000,000+ in broker commissions across a team of roughly 50–70 people, and this is the exact model behind it. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped upside, and you earn 20%–40% commission on every deal you close.
Typical earnings trajectory:
- First month: $3,500 for most new brokers
- Within 60 days: $6,000–$8,000+ per month for consistent performers
- Top performers: $10,000–$13,000+ per month
- Average Junior Broker (Midtown, 2025 OTE): $150,000+
