$1,167 per 1 credit with upward adjustment for years of service at Marist College. Pay may vary depending on credits pertaining to online, graduate, music, or lab courses.
Summary:
The School of Science invites applications for various Part-Time Faculty positions for the 2023-2024 academic year. Opportunities to teach multiple/additional courses may become available. The prosperous candidate will join a school characterized by a strong sense of community in which students are the central focus and faculty who are both accessible and approachable.
The Environmental Science department is currently seeking candidates to teach Introduction to Environmental Issues - ENSC 101 during a morning class time slot for the Spring, 2024 semester.
Minimum Qualifications required
Minimum qualifications include an M.A. or M.S. in a closely related field, strong interest in undergraduate education, a commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching, and interest in working collaboratively with others.
Essential Functions:
Opportunities are available to teach in one or more areas across several disciplines over time. Teaching opportunities include undergraduate courses that may be available in both on-ground and online environments. Availcapability to teach during daytime hours is desired.
