About the Role: Principal Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to take on a foundational role in our marketing efforts. As our first marketing hire, you'll drive our go-to-market strategy, build compelling messaging, and coordinate product launches that make an impact. Reporting directly to our CEO, this role is ideal for someone passionate about understanding customer needs and thriving in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Define GTM Strategy: Shape our go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, messaging, and distribution.
Customer Insights: Serve as the voice of our customers by conducting research and using feedback to guide our product roadmap.
Campaign Management: Design and execute dynamic marketing campaigns in partnership with the CEO.
Channel Oversight: Manage SEO, content creation, social media, advertising, and growth initiatives across various channels.
Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners and manage their work.
Team Leadership: As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead our product marketing team.
Metrics & Goals: Collaborate with the CEO to set and monitor key performance indicators for you and your team.

What We're Looking For

8+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing in the B2B SaaS space.
Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies.
Skilled in leading cross-functional marketing programs from ideation to scaling.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
A creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box and brings innovative ideas to drive growth.
Highly motivated and autonomous, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
A strong communicator who's comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
Bonus: Formal product marketing training (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) or growth hacking skills.
