Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Construction Administrator to join our team at a key project location, the Lake Mariner Data Center in Somerset, NY.

• The role involves providing essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative and logistical support.

• Manage project documentation and correspondence.

• Handle calls and maintain ongoing phone communication throughout the day.

• Coordinate meetings and track daily time.

• Prepare reports and process invoices/financials.

• Maintain both digital and physical records.

• Act as a crucial liaison for the Project Manager.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the construction industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Experience in administrative support, document control, and project coordination.

Work Environment

• The position is onsite at the Lake Mariner Data Center in Somerset, NY.

• The role requires effective use of the phone, handling calls throughout the day, and working closely with diverse personalities and communication styles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barker, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
