Barista
We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our established European-style bakery and restaurant in prime Bridgehampton. If you take pride in exceptional coffee, refined service, a strong visual aesthetic, and being part of a unique culinary destination, we would love to meet you.The Ideal Candidate + Required Skills + Qualifications
Has strong barista experience and artistic coffee preparation skills
Understands proper dining room etiquette
Has server and/or retail counter service experience (a plus, with increased responsibilities and earning potential)
Delivers warm, polished hospitality in a high-end environment
Strong service, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A true passion for hospitality — your personality and demeanor will become a defining part of our restaurant’s atmosphere and overall vibe
Serves as a gracious liaison to guests upon arrival, throughout their visit, and at departure
Knowledge of TOAST POS
Team player who leads by example, supports exemplary service standards, and mentors fellow servers in your craft
Excellent people skills — professional and polished on the phone, at the door, and in communication with fellow servers and kitchen staff
Responsible for proper opening and closing protocols
Willing to support floor service and assist with prep as needed
