Position Description: COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECHNICIAN WITH 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Day & Nite is hiring skilled Elite-level Refrigeration Technicians with 5+ years of experience with mastery in advanced rack systems, closed-loop cooling, and refrigeration control technology. This role will be a technical leader who supports our growing footprint in commercial refrigeration services. This role offers exciting career advancement through increasingly complex systems—from self-contained units and walk-ins to rack systems and closed-loop cooling. Technicians will work independently in the field, delivering excellent technical and best-in-class service to our food service and commercial clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•\tDiagnose and service complex rack/glycol systems and KE2/Heatcraft controllers
•\tWork with water-cooled systems, chillers, and closed-loop refrigeration
•\tLead major refrigeration installations and high-volume service operations
•\tSupport upgrades and system optimization for energy efficiency
•\tTrain and mentor technicians across all levels
•\tAct as technical escalation point for field service teams
Qualifications:
•\t5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration
•\tExpert knowledge of advanced control systems and closed-loop networks
•\tDemonstrated leadership in training, troubleshooting, and system design
•\tExceptional communication and problem-solving skills

•\tMust pass company drug test and background check
