Bartender
The hospitality group behind acclaimed Llama Inn London, Llama Inn Madrid, and Cafe Bar J.F, has expanded its footprint with Papa San, a Peruvian Izakaya opened in February 2025 on 34th Street and 10th Avenue (in The Spiral building). This is a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere bar with a creative cocktail menu. We are currently looking for an experienced Bartender to start immediately.
We’re looking for an energetic, skilled, and passionate bartender to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep knowledge of cocktails, and loves crafting innovative drinks, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
Day to Day:
- Prepare and serve cocktails with precision, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to program standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the beverage menu and guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bartending experience.
- Expertise in cocktail recipes, garnishes, and presentation.
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $11.35 an hour + tips
