Summary of dutiesAs Referral & Outreach Coordinator, performs child care resource and referral services, including conducting Child Care Fee Assistance intakes for Steuben County, child care plan consultations and referrals for Steuben and Schuyler Counties, Kids on Track Referral coordination, and data management. Attend outreach events and meetings to generate referrals. Ideal SkillsExperience working in database systems and tracking systems.Strong customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong computer communication skills and interpersonal skillsRequirements Education requirementsAssociates degree or equivalent with experience in a related field of work. The ideal candidate must have a valid drivers license, meet agency standards per position and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
