TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Supervisor to oversee and coordinate nursing staff operations while ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure adherence to healthcare policies and procedures
  • Monitor patient care delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with medical standards
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel
  • Provide guidance and training to nurses on best practices, patient safety, and clinical procedures
  • Address patient concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure optimal patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, incident reports, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience , with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
