Travel Registered Nurse Supervisor Job
Job Overview
TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Supervisor to oversee and coordinate nursing staff operations while ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure adherence to healthcare policies and procedures
- Monitor patient care delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with medical standards
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel
- Provide guidance and training to nurses on best practices, patient safety, and clinical procedures
- Address patient concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure optimal patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, incident reports, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience , with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
