Job Summary:

We are in search of a Marketing and Content Specialist who is tech-savvy, creative, and a determined problem-solver with a strong interest in marketing. This role is ideal for a proactive 'do-er' and 'go-getter' who can take action and accountability. The candidate will support our marketing & media team, creating compelling content for various platforms while ensuring smooth operational and scheduling support.

Core Responsibilities:

? Content Creation and Strategy:

? Develop consumable and compelling content for our podcast, social media, and marketing campaigns.

? Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.

? Collaborate with the media team on strategy and narratives, creating engaging social media copy and press releases.

? Operational and Team Support:

? Support partner relations and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing tasks and initiatives.

? Assist in the production of promotional materials and social media publishing.

? Maintain schedules for marketing and podcast initiatives using project management software.

? Communication and Collaboration:

? Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Director and marketing team.

? Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and contribute to marketing campaigns.

? Digital Marketing Proficiency:

? Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase website traffic.

? Edit and polish content for clarity, accuracy, and readability.

Qualifications:

? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.

? Professional Experience: Proven content writing or copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio of written work.

? Skills Required:

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an impeccable grasp of the English language.

? Superior organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Docs.

? Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.

? Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications.
