Business Developer

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Create accurate estimates and proposals using company systems.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
• Organize and manage a daily calendar of appointments and activities.
• Provide timely customer feedback to support marketing and business development efforts.
• Recommend improvements to better meet customer needs.
• Participate in community, professional, and industry organizations to enhance business development and professional skills.
• Support the snow and ice management program during winter months as needed.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
Pay Type: Salary (Exempt)
Incentive Compensation: Eligible for an incentive plan of up to 10% of base salary for exceeding performance goals.
