Job Description

• Provide legal counsel on investment management matters, including fund formation and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements related to investment management activities.
• Advise clients on legal and regulatory developments affecting the investment management sector.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support client needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries related to investment management legal issues.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the professional services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
