Painter

We are seeking skilled painters with experience in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in brush and roll techniques, with a focus on detailed cutting and trim work. The role requires painting all surfaces, including floors, and involves moving furniture to ensure a clean and efficient working environment. Painters will also be responsible for patching drywall and sanding surfaces for a smooth finish.

• Execute painting tasks using brush and roll techniques.
• Cover all surfaces, including floors, and relocate furniture as necessary.
• Perform 'cut in' painting at the top of walls in straight lines.
• Utilize rollers with extendable poles for large surface areas.
• Patch drywall and sand divots to prepare walls for painting.

• Prior experience in commercial or residential painting.
• Proficiency in brush and roll techniques, including cutting and trim work.
• Consistent work history in painting and construction.
• Experience with paint preparation and roller application.

• Experience with brush roll and commercial painting.
• Skill in cutting, caulking, and construction-related tasks.

Work hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves commercial and industrial projects, including new construction and renovations of office buildings and business parks. This position exclusively covers commercial or industrial work.

This is a Permanent position based out of Webster, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
