Maintenance Mechanic

- Preventative Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines (metal fabricating tools, automated lubrication systems).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing failures in mechanical, electrical, and utility systems (water, steam, and pump systems).
- Equipment Setup: Setting up and operating manually controlled machines using precision instruments (gauges, micrometers).
- Fabrication: Working from sketches or verbal instructions to assemble intricate assemblies to exacting tolerances.
- Documentation: Tracking materials, parts, and labor hours legibly for work orders.
