Attorney-Business and Commercial Associate

THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will be admitted to practice in New York, have 3+ years of experience with contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, writes effectively and thinks strategically. THE BENEFITS The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
