Kitchen Cleaner
Key Responsibilities
- Exhaust Hoods: Disassemble filters, scrape heavy grease, and degrease ductwork and exhaust fans.
- Ovens: Apply specialized chemical cleaners, scrub interior walls and racks, and wipe down glass doors.
- Fryers: Drain old oil, boil out and scrub vats, rinse, and reassemble fryers safely
