Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

»Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, directing, supervising, evaluating and implementing measures to assure that services are provided at quality levels consistent with professional standard and Agency goals.

»Plans, directs and as appropriate supervises the delivery of Agency services and programs in the local office including establishing and developing local systems and procedures significant to the provision of CHHA services.

»Responsible for supervising a large management and other staff; providing guidance, mentoring, training and feedback on a regular basis.

»Implements the service record and reporting system and directs efforts to ensure accuracy, proper service control and data collection.

»Provides for employee orientation, supervision, development and evaluation.

»Directs the evaluation of the effectiveness of local programs and makes recommendations for appropriate modifications.

»Monitors compliance with local office budget relative to budgeted positions, productivity, and supply and equipment purchases.

Type of employment: Full-Time



income: $150,000 - $155,000 per year

Qualifications

Qualifications required

» 3 years of managery/administrative practice or related practice

»NYS license to practice as a registered professional nurse

»Driver's License, required insurance and car available for work as needed

»Master's Degree in Public Health preferred
