Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an HVAC & Duct Cleaning Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean, efficient, and safe heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality and system performance by thoroughly cleaning and inspecting HVAC units and ductwork. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of HVAC systems, including air ducts, vents, filters, coils, and related components.
• Inspect HVAC units for signs of wear, damage, or inefficiency and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants from ductwork and system parts.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document work performed with detailed reports on system condition and cleaning activities for client records.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain services provided and offer maintenance advice for optimal system performance.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of tools and machinery.

Experience

• Prior experience in HVAC system maintenance or duct cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of HVAC components, air quality standards, and safety procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to operate power tools, vacuum systems, and specialized duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues during inspections.
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve lifting, bending, crawling in tight spaces, and working in various environments.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Education/licenses

• Driver's license
• Universal EPA 608
• Osha 30
