Salary: $125,000 - $135,000

Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead corporate dining operations for a premier client at a brand‑new location. This role is ideal for a hospitality‑driven leader with a passion for exceptional service, operational excellence, and building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily dining operations in alignment with company standards and client expectations
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory controls to achieve operational goals
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members; support succession planning and talent growth
• Partner closely with culinary leadership on menu planning and innovation
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP protocols, food safety guidelines, and all health department regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, guests, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8–10 years of upscale or high‑volume foodservice experience, including 5+ years in management
• Strong background in high‑end catering (strongly preferred)
• Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification preferred
