Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead corporate dining operations for a premier client at a brand‑new location. This role is ideal for a hospitality‑driven leader with a passion for exceptional service, operational excellence, and building strong client partnerships. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off! Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all daily dining operations in alignment with company standards and client expectations
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory controls to achieve operational goals
- Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members; support succession planning and talent growth
- Partner closely with culinary leadership on menu planning and innovation
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP protocols, food safety guidelines, and all health department regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, guests, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8–10 years of upscale or high‑volume foodservice experience, including 5+ years in management
- Strong background in high‑end catering (strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification preferred
