Full-Time | $19/hr | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Tuesday through Saturday

Now, we’re looking for a Warehouse Clothing Sorter III (Team Lead) to help guide and inspire our Clothing Department team at the Donations Redistribution Center. What You’ll Do:

As a Sorter III, you will play a key role in driving our mission forward by supporting warehouse operations and leading a dedicated team. You will:

• Partner with the Production Supervisor to coach, train, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Lead daily sorting operations for clothing and hard goods.
• Ensure production goals are met without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain accurate records of production and performance metrics.
• Support positive employee relations and a healthy team culture.
• Organize inventory and maintain supply readiness.
• Keep leadership informed of key updates and challenges.
• Model a strong safety mindset and promote safe practices.
• Maintain reliable, in-person attendance.

What You Bring:

You’re someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and making a difference. You have:

• 1–3 years of warehouse or retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of clothing types, categories, and brands.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs., stand, bend, and move throughout the day.
• A calm and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the Mission and Vision of the organization.
• (Preferred) Prior leadership experience.
• (Preferred) High school diploma or GED.
