Electrical Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in electrical engineering, project management, and construction coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex electrical systems, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project flow.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery for construction activities.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed; conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Facilitate effective project coordination among team members to meet deadlines while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters Degree (Preferred), Will train the Candidate
• Proven experience in electrical engineering or related field with a strong background in construction site management.
• Extensive knowledge of system design, schematics reading, and electrical installation practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate projects efficiently, and communicate clearly across all levels of stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical engineering or project management are a plus.
