POSITION: Behavioral Health Systems Integration Coordinator

SALARY: $65,000
WORK LOCATION & HOURS: 175 Green Street, Albany, NY 12202/35 Hours

DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for coordinating and providing residential, clinical, and case management services for psychi-
atric rehabilitation patients. Incumbent in this class works to find the appropriate type of service suitable to the needs of
patients who have varying needs of care based upon their mental state.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with at least a Bachelor’s degree
and two (2) years of experience in either the human services or behavioral health fields.
