Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesperson / Showroom Manager with a background in contract furniture / commercial interiors . This role combines inside and outside sales , giving you the opportunity to manage showroom operations while actively developing new business.

The ideal candidate understands the contract furniture sales cycle , from prospecting and space planning to quoting and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily showroom operations and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Engage walk-in clients and convert showroom traffic into sales
• Develop new business through outside sales (prospecting, networking, client visits)
• Build relationships with businesses, designers, and decision-makers
• Specify and sell office furniture solutions, including HON product lines
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow through to close deals

Qualifications:

• Experience in office furniture, contract furniture, or commercial interiors preferred
• Familiarity with HON or similar contract furniture manufacturers is a strong plus
• Proven track record of sales success (inside and/or outside sales)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a pipeline
