Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in complex antitrust and competition litigation cases.
  • Analyze and advise on merger control matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute case strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs and memoranda.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic advice.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to provide informed counsel.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives and professional development programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the state of New York.
  • Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition law, including litigation and merger control.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
