What you'll do:

All of our attorneys work together to provide clients with the legal and industry experience needed to manage and close complex business transactions, as well as provide practical counsel on their day-to-day operations. Each attorney we hire is given meaningful work experience from day one, and quickly attains the confidence to manage a wide array of legal matters. At Giannuzzi Lewendon, you will not be a cog in a wheel. You will be a part of a collaborative and energetic team, interacting with some of the most exciting brands in the world, negotiating deals across the table from Big Law, and otherwise developing an unmatched legal skill set.

Candidates:

The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience and a strong academic record (a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher), with a demonstrated interest in transactional corporate work, including, without limitation, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, celebrity partnerships, employee relations, vendor agreements, and other day-to-day general corporate matters. All candidates must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and must have passed the New York Bar Exam, or be registered to sit for the July 2026 New York Bar Exam. You must also be comfortable with a hybrid schedule, coming into the office Tuesday-Thursday each week.
