Position Summary
We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the KINESSO team as a Social Strategist. In this role, you will work closely with team members to monitor, respond to, and engage directly with clients’ communities across social channels, develop collaborative, creative, and informed, social strategies for clients, and provide a fresh, new perspective on the ever-changing social landscape. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s brand tone in order to embody the voice of the brand and update client’s social media response bank on an on-going basis.
- Respond to social comments and DMs on social platforms via community management, including after-hours moderation.
- Own organic social media content publishing via automated content management system and manually in-platform.
- Provide quarterly updates on best practices for both organic and paid social.
- Compile qualitative quarterly reports, focusing on audience observations and commentary themes for agency partners and clients.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external agency teams to complete client work efficiently.
- Provide your own expertise and perspective on new social media features and shifts in the social landscape by producing POVs for the agency.
- Work collaboratively with the Social Strategy team and associated IPG agencies on ad-hoc projects (outside of client work) to help drive new business opportunities for KINESSO.
- Stay up to date with the latest cultural and social trends, emerging platforms, audience behaviors and platform best practices and interpret for our clients’ business.
- Work closely with the internal paid social team to craft quarterly reports and insights on the success of organic and paid social posts.
- Confidently own all communications across teams and lead meetings between internal teams, external partner agencies, and clients.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of community management and social strategy experience
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for interactive media and digital marketing with strong working knowledge of social media
- Experience in mining insights, building social strategies, planning editorial calendars, community management and social reporting preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an emphasis on complete accuracy
- Team player who is able to balance multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across multiple departments and communicate clearly
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Confidence in executing tasks independently, working with remote team members, and interacting with peers and senior executives at partner agencies and client teams
- Knowledge and expertise across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience working within the health industry or government agencies is a bonus, but not required

The salary range for this position is posted below.
