Landscape Crew Members
Join a growing and dynamic landscaping team serving commercial and residential properties throughout Western New York. As a Landscape Crew Leader or Crew Member, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, working alongside a supportive team that values positivity, respect, and integrity. Uniforms are provided, and all necessary tools and knowledge will be supplied to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare landscape beds for planting and maintenance
- Install trees and shrubs according to project plans
- Apply mulch to designated areas
- Trim and prune plants and shrubs as needed
- Perform weeding and edging to maintain clean landscapes
- Assist with the installation of hardscape projects
- Carry out additional support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Motivated and hardworking, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- No prior landscaping experience required; training provided
- Reliable transportation to the office each day
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid driver license is preferred and may increase compensation, but is not required
- Demonstrates values of positivity, respect, integrity, and pride in work
Compensation
$17.00 – $25.00 per hour (Full-time, seasonal position)
