Your role is all about delivering outstanding service, not just to our guests, but to the entire team. We rely on your natural charm and people skills to help create a memorable experience for our guests through genuine, enthusiastic interactions.
In this role, you'll take the lead in greeting guests, managing coat check, and coordinating a high-volume seating operation in a fast-paced environment. You'll also help build and maintain guest profiles to personalize every visit.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

To give you a better idea of what your role looks like in our world-class team, here is a list of some of the key things you’ll be doing. Keep in mind, this isn’t everything, you might be asked to jump in and help out with other tasks too. After all, we are all about going above and beyond to deliver an out-of-this-world experience for our guests!

• Greet, interact and bid farewell to guests in a warm and genuine and enthusiastic fashion 
• Answer phone calls and enter reservations in reservation platform
• Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc. 
• Maintain guest profile, preferences in a database for distribution to staff 
• Be a team player! 

What qualities are we looking for?

• Stand for periods of 8-10 hours. 
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English. 
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as all state and federal laws. 
• We truly hope that you are an enthusiastic and passionate individual who possesses a sense of humor!
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 
• Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per company standards. 
• Bend, squat and stretch in areas of limited space to perform cleaning, organization and other duties. 
• Adhere to policies including but not limited to attendance, safety, behavior. 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the USA. 
• High school or equivalent education required.
