About the Role:

Samaritan Services Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Englewood, NJ! This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a dynamic office environment where your contributions truly make a difference. Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and management
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
