We are seeking a senior platform leader to define and execute strategy across AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, and Digital Assets within our Lending ecosystem.
This is a builder role with end-to-end ownership—from vision through execution—driving transformation across one of the firm’s most important businesses.
You will partner closely with engineering, data science, product, risk, and business leaders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions used by clients and advisors at scale.

In the Wealth Management division, we help people, businesses and institutions build, preserve, and manage wealth so they can pursue their financial goals
Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of ten sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow, Digital Trading & Investing, Generative AI, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, WM Platforms Risk, and the Chief Operating Office.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Define and execute platform strategy across AI, Data, and Digital Assets across the lending ecosystem
- Lead delivery of scalable data and AI capabilities supporting lending workflows
- Drive GenAI/ML use cases across sales & marketing, origination, underwriting, servicing, and client/advisor engagement
- Establish modern data infrastructure, governance, and analytics capabilities
- Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, risk, and business teams
- Shape and deliver roadmap for digital asset–backed lending capabilities

Skills Required:
- 12+ years in product, platform, or technology leadership
- Strong experience in at least one domain: AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, or Digital Assets
- Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale platforms
- Experience in lending products such as mortgage, securities-based lending, tailored lending, or private markets/private share lending preferred
- Strong ability to lead across cross-functional, matrixed organizations
- People management experience preferred
- BA/BS required

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
