Sales Representative (B2B & Account Management)

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative who thrives on the "hunt" for new business while maintaining the "heart" of long-term client relationships. You will be the primary engine for our growth in the New York market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities & New Initiatives

• Targeted Outreach: Proactively identify and engage new B2B prospects through a mix of cold calling, professional networking, and digital social selling.
• Strategic Account Growth: Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring LGD Trade remains their primary supplier through exceptional service and consistent upselling.
• Dynamic Negotiation: Own the closing process by effectively communicating value and navigating complex pricing structures.
• Market Intelligence: (New) Monitor competitor pricing and industry shifts to help leadership refine our market positioning.
• Pipeline Management: (New) Maintain meticulous records in our CRM to provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and track lead conversion rates.
• Client Advocacy: (New) Act as the "voice of the customer" by collaborating with internal teams to improve product offerings based on client feedback.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience is required (experience in the diamond industry is a major plus).
• Communication: Ability to speak with confidence and clarity to a diverse range of stakeholders, from warehouse managers to CEOs.
• Resilience: A "no" is just a puzzle to be solved; you possess the grit to push through challenges.
• Tech Savvy: Fully comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and modern digital communication tools.
• Ambition: A "hunter" mentality with a genuine desire to maximize earnings through high performance.
