Nurse Supervisor - Care Management (Associate Director Level)

Location: Harlem, NY

Compensation:

1. $100 per hour on travel-arrangment
2. $145k-$165k per year on permanent direct-hire

Schedule:

1. 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (perm basis)
2. 12 x 3 with rotational weekends (travel-basis)

What You Bring to the Table

To thrive in this Associate Director level capacity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in discharge planning and utilization review.
• Certifications: Must hold active CCM (Certified Case Manager) and PRI (Patient Review Instrument) certifications.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is required, though a Master’s degree (MSN or related) is highly preferred.
