Job Description
Job Description
Monadnock Construction, Inc. is a leading general contractor in New York City, specializing in large scale, multifamily residential construction projects. Known for our commitment to quality building, safety, and innovation, we take pride in building high-performance teams dedicated to delivering top-tier results. - Utilize trusted subcontractors and 3rd party consultants when needed for specific topic training.
- Lead training on OSHA and all required DOB certifications. Additionally, partner with field supervisors and foremen to assess job-specific training needs, and develop custom training for various job sites and projects.
- Use feedback from management staff to evaluate the performance of trainees to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement. Ensure the continuous development of the workforce.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and plans that align with industry and company standards.
- Develop methods of testing the efficacy of the training, ensuring that participants have successfully completed and meet Monadnock standards.
- Keep up with the latest trends in construction technology, equipment, and best practices, integrating new knowledge into training programs to enhance employee skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in NYC building construction with some experience in training, education, or mentoring others in construction.
