Restaurant Floor Manager – Queensyard, Hudson Yards

D&D London is looking for a talented and experienced F&B professional to join us as Restaurant Floor Manager at Queensyard in Hudson Yards.
We are seeking a passionate Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will aim to exceed our customers’ expectations with your warm, charming, and engaging management style and approach.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants and must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills . Flexibility is essential — you must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays .
We are looking for candidates who are highly enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming, and open to new challenges. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and inspiring the entire front-of-house team to achieve outstanding results and support the delivery of our business strategies.
With your exceptional service, food, and drink knowledge, you will drive a culture of excellence and ensure the guest experience is second to none. Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager in a busy, high-energy operation is crucial in our selection process.
