Quality Inspector
We are in search for a Quality Tech to join our team. This role is responsible for performing laboratory in-process inspections, and final product quality assessments to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated laboratory or medical device/biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. salary: $18 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Conduct dimensional inspections and detailed surface analysis using optical and digital microscopes
- Examine implant surface morphology, coating integrity, and microstructural characteristics under magnification
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GMP, GDP, and ISO standards
- Assist in method validation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including microscopes
- Review batch records and quality documentation for completeness and compliance
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Regulatory teams to support product quality initiatives
- Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with all applicable regulations
