Adecco Healthcare is working with our client in Port Jefferson Station, NY to hire a temporary Front Desk Coordinator for their dermatology office. This is an in-person/on-site position. Type: 5-month/temporary assignment Hours: Monday 8-7, Wednesday 8:30-6:30 and Thursday 8-6 Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour - based on experience Responsibilities Include- Patient Check-in
- Updating demographics
- Processing referrals
- Answer phones
- Patient scheduling
- Creating My Chart accounts
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Strong customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- EPIC experience preferred
