Mechanical Quality Inspector

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspections of aircraft components and assemblies
- Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards
- Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
- Review and verify material certifications and traceability documentation
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality procedures
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify non-conforming products and support corrective action processes
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Support internal and external audits as required
