At COPS, we specialize in creating Art Worth Eating, in every form. We’re building something bigger than coffee and doughnuts. We’re a creative studio disguised as a boutique doughnut shop, where luxury meets grit, and culture meets hospitality. Founded in 2018, Toronto, Canada with our latest home in NYC’s West Village, we’ve collaborated with tastemakers across art, design, and fashion, from Widely known purveyors to cult designers and under-the-radar creatives shaping tomorrow’s culture.

The name COPS is a cheeky nod to the old cliché that cops love doughnuts, but we’re the opposite of predictable. Learn more over at @eatcops to get it. A Day at COPS:

• Opening the boutique with precision and pride.
• Brewing fresh coffee (and knowing where it’s from).
• Prepping, glazing, and finessing our mini doughnuts to perfection.
• Keeping the space spotless, intentional, and always on-brand.
• Greeting and treating every guest like they just stepped into a hidden gem.
• Supporting creative activations, from custom glaze collabs to limited-run drops.
• Backing up your teammates, always.

Must Haves:

• 1–2 years experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with clarity and calm.
• A love of systems (checklists are your friend) and a respect for structure.
• Bonus if you're inspired by art, fashion, design, or creative subculture.
