  • Partner closely with internal Creative, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to traffic artwork, review proofs, and ensure production accuracy.

  • Maintain detailed logs of all marketing collateral produced and distributed across brands; manage inventory, replacement, and replenishment needs for stores.
  • Support internal quality control checks on creative files and final printed materials to ensure consistency with brand standards.
  • Assist with routing and troubleshooting production-ready files between creative teams and vendors (working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Acrobat preferred).
  • Help prepare production summaries, cost trackers, and project recaps for internal reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and supporting workflow optimization across teams.
Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Creative Production, or Print/Project Coordination (internships or retail experience welcome).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs a plus.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront, Asana).
  • Basic understanding of print production processes (paper types, formats, proofing, etc.) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) a plus.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
