Description:
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a detail-focused and organized Operations Associate to support its Service Center operations in Queens, New York. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate processing, handling, and distribution of service repair orders, client shipments, and internal documentation across multiple departments, vendors, and global locations.

The position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency within the service center, ensuring that all client merchandise and repair orders are processed with precision, care, and adherence to company standards. The Operations Associate will also collaborate closely with internal teams and global partners to support after-sales services and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process service orders and repair items through closeout, packing, labeling, and system updates using company procedures and materials
• Ensure all outgoing domestic and international shipments are properly documented, including commercial invoices and service records
• Support global after-sales operations by coordinating service order creation and ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace with properly managed inventory and supplies
• Organize and maintain operational paperwork according to retention policies
• Act as a communication bridge between the service center and internal departments
• Assist in resolving client issues and escalate service concerns when necessary
• Support management with special projects, assignments, and operational improvements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams
• Ensure proper handling and security of client merchandise at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or related business functions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processing
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends when required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in packaging, distribution, or quality assurance roles
• Familiarity with luxury goods such as jewelry, watches, or silver products
• Experience in operations or retail environments
• Knowledge of systems such as AS400, MIPS, POS, or Compass
• Understanding of shipping, tracking, and logistics systems
