A Program Manager SAP– Dunning works in the Customer Contact Group and leads the system (SAP) portion of the Company’s collections program. this job offer proactively ensures that all project planning and cutover activities are continually reviewed and updated including defining overall project scope, maintaining the major milestones in the execution timeline and connected key activities, and consulting with and provides feedback to the leadership abilities team. The Program Manager SAP - Dunning position collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely execution of project deliverables. this job offer is a key function in the Dunning project partnering closely with various department including the Contact Center, IT, Consumer Outreach, Regulatory, etc. The Program Manager SAP - Dunning ensures the employee and customer practice is efficient, and effective to meet the highest customer service quality standards.
What does a Program Manager SAP - Dunning do?
»Facilitates and leads project meetings with cross-functional teams, including setting agendas, managing documentation and action items, providing regular updates, and driving results to deliver on all components of the project.
»Establishes, monitors, and manages stabilization metrics and other indicators of prosperous deployment
»Works directly with the business areas and IT to identify, prioritize, resolve, and test Dunning programming changes. Provides business prioritization on any identified issues.
»Proactively gathers necessary information from stakeholders across workstreams to drive decision making and escalation as needed.
»Maintains oversight of all workstreams involved in the project.
»Provides business expertise for development of reference material, and provides updates as necessary, for employees to maintain the capability to properly handle customer matters relating to Customer Service.
»Serves as a champion for change management as a critical success factor all over the Dunning program, engaging in OCM and Training activities appropriately.
»Serves as a source of Dunning and business expertise to assist employees with resolving customer account matters.
»Completes additional assignments as needed.
»Supports storm/emergency restoration efforts
What does it take to be a Program Manager SAP - Dunning?
Required:
»Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a significant field of study and 2+ years related practice, such as working in an operational function where technology is utilized, or a systems function embedded in a business unit. In Lieu of an Associate’s degree, a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of significant practice
» practice leading a team, coaching, and mentoring employees.
»Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the capability to lgain new computer software programs quickly.
» expertise of NYS regulations impacting Dunning, or proven capability to lgain quickly
»Excellent written and verbal communication expertise to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and levels within the organization. Able to provide information thoroughly and accurately to all stakeholders.
»Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management expertise to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
»Must be, self-motivated, and possess strong decision-making and critical thinking expertise
» capability to resolve concerns and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
»Must demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and promote a strong work ethic and positive customer service approach.
»Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as business needs require.
