Now Hiring: Experienced HR Manager – In-Office | Plattsburgh, NY

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our mission-driven human services organization as an HR Manager at our Plattsburgh, NY location.

In this in-office role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our dedicated team while reporting directly to our Corporate HR department. We’re looking for someone with proven HR experience who is passionate about people, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations at the Plattsburgh office
• NY workers’ compensation oversight and management
• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with our mission
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (human services experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to our mission of serving the community
