What You'll Do:

• Analyze large and diverse datasets using statistical, analytical, and machine learning techniques.
• Build, test, refine, and deploy predictive models, including classification, clustering, simulations, and pattern analysis.
• Lead data sourcing, ingestion, cleaning, and preparation processes while ensuring data stability and accuracy.
• Develop champion/challenger models, monitor model performance, and implement self-healing model frameworks.
• Present model outcomes and business impact to stakeholders while supporting model adoption and production readiness.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with multiple statistics and data science principles, such as AB testing, sample selection, hypothesis testing, and modeling bias
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with various hybrid databases, both on-premises and in the cloud
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in analyzing large data sets
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Advanced SQL and ETL
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Alteryx workflow development
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard development

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's of Science Degree
• Doctorate Degree in Statistics or Economics or Finance
• Quantitative social, physical or engineering sciences, with proven coursework proficiency in statistics, econometrics, economics, computer science, finance or risk management
• Fluent in econometric/statistical techniques, including time-series analysis, panel data methods, and logistic regression
• Tactical experience with pertinent statistical software, languages, and tools.
• Proficiency with pertinent statistical software, languages, and tools
• Intermediate level knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Not Only Structured Query Language (nSQL)
• Intermediate understanding of modeling techniques such as Bayesian Modeling, Classification models, Cluster analysis, Neural Network, Non-parametric methods, and Multivariate statistics
