As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Guard with a background in Construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and prevent security breaches.
• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Complete detailed incident reports and report any unusual incidents or suspicious activities.
• Handle conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when required and follow proper protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain impeccable appearance/groomed in Narrow Security Uniform

Qualifications:

• Must have a Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have OSHA 30
• Must have SST Card
• F04- Certification of Fitness from FDNY preferred
• Proven experience as a Security Guard with a background in construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service training or experience is a definite plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
