Tax Attorney
A leading international law firm is seeking a Tax Associate (J.D. Class of 2022–2023) to join its growing transactional tax practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in general transactional tax work and a strong interest in working closely with corporate teams on complex, high‑value matters.

Role Overview
The tax group advises on a wide range of sophisticated transactions, including:
- Corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Partnerships, LLCs, and joint ventures
- Private equity and fund formation
- Real estate transactions, real estate fund formation, and REIT matters
- Regulated investment companies
- Financing and capital markets transactions
What They’re Looking For
- Experience managing significant components of transactions, both independently and within team structures
- Strong academic credentials and xrczosw training from a comparable law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
