Colour Bar Hair Specialist are seeking passionate and talented Hair Colorist/Stylist with a strong following.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license.

• 3-5 years of experience (min)
• Passion for retail sales
• The ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form
• Must have exceptional knowledge of hair color foundation Balayage, Ombre, Sombre
• Professional appearance
• A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the business team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Adhere to company dress code policy
• Proactively educates himself/herself on product knowledge, campaign promotions and merchandising standards
