Family Law Attorney
Job Description:
Alber Firm P.C. is expanding its Divorce, and Family Law practice into the wider White Pains New York area due to the ever-increasing demand for our services. We are seeking experienced attorneys in Divorce, and Family Law to join in leadership roles.
This opportunity is for attorneys with strong courtroom and litigation expertise and independent case management skills. Portable business is not required — what matters is your ability to manage complex Divorce, Family, and Criminal Law matters.

Ideal Candidate:
· Admitted to the New York State Bar
· 3+ years litigation xrczosw experience in Family and Matrimonial law
· First-chair trial experience preferred
· Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
· Comfortable leading complex litigation independently
Regional Opportunities:
Westchester, White Plains, Orange, Rockland and Dutchess counties
