International Trademark/Copyright Associate Attorney (NYC)
LHH is assisting an internationally recognized law firm specializing in Intellectual Property in its search for a Trademark & Copyright Associate. An ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of trademark and copyright experience, specifically dealing with issues related to management of global brand portfolios, including handling international trademark clearance and prosecution, multi-jurisdictional disputes, and relevant agreements including licenses and coexistence agreements, as well as experience with due diligence projects concerning IP aspects of major corporate transactions.

Qualifications:
