Front Desk Reception
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Enforce visitor sign-in and security procedures
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
